Tariff Includes

All Tariffs and rates described within this website are stated only in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

The Tariff includes the Accommodation, full breakfast, complimentary bottle of wine. and all New Zealand taxes.

All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.
We are unable to cater for children aged 12 years and under.

 

Reservation Deposit

In order to confirm a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay (this can be secured with a credit card number).

If we do not receive the full amount xx days before the date reserved we reserve the right to re-book the accommodation.

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%

 

Our Privacy Policy

Lakestone Lodge is an accommodation provider located in Twizel, New Zealand.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.

Under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared amongst individuals nor be distributed to third party organizations without consent.

Credit card details entered are securely encrypted and all payments processed on this website is done through a certified PCI compliant payment gateway.

Check In / Out Times

Check-in time is after xxpm. Check-out time is xxam.

Please contact us if you wish to negotiate these times and we will endeavour to meet your schedule.

 

Cancellation Policy

Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore in the event that part or all of a confirmed booking is cancelled we must apply the following charges:

xxx days + prior to confirmed date - xx% of total charges.
xxxxdays prior to confirmed date - xxx% of total charges.
xxxdays or less - xx% of total charges.
