Roof Trusses
The first of the roof trusses went up yesterday with some assistance from a HIAB crane. There are a lot of trusses and we have only about half of the guest wing trusses in place so far. It is really taking shape and gives us a great idea of what the skeleton of the building will be. The wind picked up towards the end of the day which made the job a bit too difficult so we have decided to abandon things for a couple of days until the forecast looks a bit more promising. The weather is definately starting to deteriorate (we have already had some snow on site earlier this month) and it would be good to get the building enclosed as soon as possible to provide some shelter from the elements.
